Please note that children under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by a parent/guardian who is over 21 years of age.
Guests will be given a safety briefing and will be required to sign an indemnity before meeting the Elephants.
This is my second visit and is now a must visit every time I'm in the area, Absolutely fantastic experience for all ages, I would recommend this to everybody. Very engaging and informative, so many interesting facts learnt about these fantastic animals from the very knowledgeable staff. Watching the elephants react and carry out commands is fascinating, lovely to see such a close bond between elephants and people. I had another wonderful experience at Elephant Whispers. The staff members are passionate about the program there and are very informative. The highlight of my experience was seeing and interacting with Tembo again! (I had visited Elephant Whispers in November 2019.) My, has Tembo become even more massive! Elephant Whispers, all I can say is WOW! An amazing interaction with Tembo ( Oldest Elephant) and the information provided by the guides is very insightful. To stand next to a giant and feel the Elephant is an amazing experience. The intelligence displayed by Tembo following commands is extraordinary. The area in which you get to view these Majestic Elephants is also well setup. The Elephants looked well fed and relaxed, showing that the sanctuary is doing a great job.
