The Graskop Gorge Lift Co lifestyle centre forms the gateway to the forest below and is made up of a number of small retail outlets, a community craft market, and a restaurant perched on the cliff edge with spectacular views of the waterfall and forest below. The gorge is centrally located on the Panorama Route and is an ideal stop over point, whether it be for the view, the forest, the food or the various adventure activities, guided tours and hikes in the surrounding areas there is bound to be something for everyone.

The lift experience down to the forest was a once in a lifetime experience. To see the entire forest from above with the beautiful gorge next to you as well as a waterfall to the side is one amazing experience. The walk through the forest was beautiful and enjoyable. You really feel apart of nature. Just know that there are 2-3 suspension bridges through this walk, as this was a bit scary for me as a person who is scared of heights. - Mary-Jane
Wonderful experience at the Graskop lift and the forest walk! The lift was efficient and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The forest walk was beautiful. The trails are well kept.
